Description
The Basic Life Support (BLS) course is a program designed for healthcare providers and emergency
responders who require CPR and resuscitation skills healthcare settings.
This intensive, hands-on course emphasizes high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, the use of
automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and team-based response strategies. Participants also learn
how to handle choking incidents and provide effective ventilations using barrier devices and bag-valve
masks (BVM).

Certification:
Upon successful completion, participants receive a BLS certificate valid for 1 year.
Recertification is required annually to maintain competency.

4 hours – full in-person session
