This one-day recertification course is recognized by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and meets Ontario Health & Safety (OHS) requirements for Basic First Aid. It follows the latest First Aid and CPR guidelines and complies with both federal and provincial/territorial regulations for Standard First Aid and CPR. Recertification Requirements:

To be eligible for recertification, all of the following must apply:

• Your current certificate hasn’t expired (course date must be before the expiry date)
• Your most recent training was a full Standard First Aid course (not a previous 1-day recertification)
• Your certificate was issued by the Canadian Red Cross
