Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At Pulse Savers CPR Training, we strive to provide high-quality training while maintaining fairness and compliance with Canadian Red Cross standards. Please review the following policy carefully before registering for a course.
Attendance Requirement
As per Canadian Red Cross policy, 100% attendance is mandatory in order to successfully complete the course and receive certification.
Participants who arrive late or have not completed the required online portion of a blended course prior to the in-person session will not be permitted to attend the class. In such cases, the course fee will be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to attend their scheduled course without prior notice (“No-Show”).
Rescheduling Policy
The first rescheduling request is free of charge if notice is provided at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled course date.
Any additional rescheduling requests, or requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice, will be subject to a rescheduling fee equal to 75% of the course fee.
Online Course Access
For blended courses, participants are responsible for completing the online portion prior to attending the in-person training session. Failure to complete the online component may result in denial of entry to the course without refund.
