What Class Day Looks Like

Arrive on time

Bring photo ID so we can issue your certificate.

Dress for floor practice

You will spend time kneeling for compressions.

Everything is provided

Manikins, AED trainers, gloves and pocket masks.

For groups of five or more, we can set up a private class at one of our centres on a day that suits your team.

05 Booking policy

Plans Change. Here Is How We Handle It.

Rescheduling

Your first rescheduling request is free with at least 48 hours' notice. Later changes carry a fee of 75% of the course fee.

Refunds

No refunds or credits for no-shows, and the fee is forfeited if you arrive late. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Late arrivals

Arrive on time with the online training complete, or you may not attend the in-person session.

I have taken first aid courses multiple times, but this was my first time participating in a blended course. I enjoyed getting hands-on experience and actually getting to practice with various wound treatments and bandaging methods. The CPR aspects are thorough and I would certainly recommend this course to anyone looking to add to their skills.
