Booking Courses
By booking a course through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. A booking is confirmed when payment is received.
Your Information
When You book a course, You may be asked to supply information including Your name, email, phone number, billing address and payment details. You represent and warrant that You have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with a booking and that the information You supply is true, correct and complete. By submitting it, You grant us the right to share it with payment processors for the purpose of completing Your booking.
Course Attendance and Late Arrival
In accordance with Canadian Red Cross course requirements, participants must arrive on time and complete all required online components before attending the in-person session. Participants who arrive late or have not completed the required online training will not be permitted to attend the in-person session. In such cases, the course fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend their scheduled course without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
- The first rescheduling request is complimentary when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
- Any subsequent rescheduling is subject to a rescheduling fee of 75% of the course fee.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be treated as a no-show and may be subject to the applicable fees.
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at any time if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We keep course information up to date, but prices, dates and availability may change, and information on the Service may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Prices Policy
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting a booking. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Payments
All courses are subject to a one-time payment made online at checkout, using the payment methods we make available, such as credit or debit cards or PayPal. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or failure to confirm Your booking.
