This blended CPR course complies with the ILCOR 2016 consensus guidelines for CPR. It trains individuals to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children and infants, with a focus on CPR and AED use. It is suitable for workplace employees, the general public and students seeking certification in CPR and AED. Everyone receives a Pulse Savers certificate upon successful completion, and the course can be upgraded to HCP at the time of registration.
Blended CPR Course: How It Works
Learn the theory online at your own pace, about 2 to 3 hours, then attend a 3.5 hour in-class practical session from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. It is one of the fastest ways to earn a CPR certificate without giving up a full day.
Online CPR theory, in-class skills
The online part covers recognizing emergencies, calling for help and the steps of CPR. In class an instructor coaches your compressions, rescue breaths, choking relief and AED use until the technique feels natural. You can attend at our two GTA locations serving Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough and Pickering, and you can see open dates on the class schedule.
CPR Level C course GTA requirements
There is no pre-requisite. To earn your certificate you need 100% attendance of the in-class session and a 75% score on the multiple-choice knowledge test. Learn more about the standards behind the program at the Pulse Savers.
Blended CPR certification: price and help
The course fee is $65.00. Not sure whether you need CPR Level C or healthcare-level BLS? Read the certification FAQ, compare options on our course list, or Contact our team and call (647) 667-8573. Group bookings for teams and clinics are available.
Every class is small and hands-on, so you spend most of the session practicing skills instead of watching slides. Our instructors have real emergency experience and explain why each step matters, which helps the training stick long after the class ends.
